Everything about my experience with Aztec was great. Quick to reach out, immediate availability, fast service, calibration done at a super reasonable price. Everyone was super friendly, would highly recommend.

Got hit with a pebble on vacation, I called was able to see them first thing in a.m., they could have seen me same day but it was my travel day so I couldn't make the times for same day service. Arrive in a.m. and they had my chipped repaired promptly and the price was so very reasonable.

Pros: I was given a quote and was able to schedule an appointment the following day for a chip repair when I sent the quote during the evening. The following appointment for the next day, I was able to come in and the job was done in 15 minutes. For a chip repair, the price was reasonable. Cons: I understand that with the nature that is chips on windshields that there is only so much that can be done with cosmetic repair, and that structural repair to prevent crack widening is the most important. Additionally, some cracks can be more complex than surface level damage. However, I can still see the outline of the resin cured to fill the damage. While the chip is significantly better, it's still an eyesore especially with the outline of resin in the before and after pics. I am NOT happy as this is a new car that I got for a graduation gift, and so if I would have known that this is the best that could be done, I would've just done it myself with a chip repair kit for $15 max.

Was given an estimate for repair, given time to decide to give them my business, and then swiftly scheduled. Repair was done very quickly. The windshield had a camera calibration step which initially they couldn't solve. Thr next day they called me and had a solution to fix it and got me scheduled first thing and finished within 30 minutes. I felt they cared about my business and making sure I was treated well. Thank you will be back if I have any other glass damage.
